Before you pay
Your first quick practice interview is free, with its report, so you can try the panel first. Setting up, and uploading your application and checking the facts read from it, are always free.
An interview is counted when you enter the room, not when you set it up. If an interview ends without any answer from you — a microphone that would not start, a connection that dropped — it is not counted.
You can refund a pass in full from your account within 14 days of buying it, as long as you have not started an interview with it. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details. The terms have the rest.
