Terms
Draft, pending legal review. These describe how the service works today; the company details, registered address and VAT status are still to be confirmed.
What you are buying
A pass: a number of practice interviews, to be used within a period that starts when you pay — for example up to 10 interviews within one month. The number and the period are shown on the plan before you pay and on your passes page after. A pass is paid for once and never renews.
An interview is counted against a pass when you first enter the interview room, not when you set it up. Rejoining after a dropped connection is the same interview. An interview that ends with no answer from you is not counted. Interviews you do not use before the pass ends are not refunded or carried over.
Your first quick practice interview is free, once per account, where the format allows it.
One account, one candidate
An account and its passes are personal to you. They cannot be shared, lent, sold or transferred. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices of your own, and sit one interview at a time.
If an account is being used by more than one person, we may sign it out or suspend it. A person at PanelAce decides that, never an automatic process.
What the service is, and is not
Practice. The panel members are generated by AI, and the marks are produced by AI against a rubric the administrator configures. They are not an official assessment and say nothing about the outcome of any real selection process. PanelAce is not affiliated with the NHS, any Royal College, regulator or recruitment body.
Starting straight away, and your right to cancel
When you buy a pass you ask for it to start at once, by ticking this statement at checkout (version 2026-09-30.1):
I want my pass to start as soon as I have paid. I understand that I can cancel within 14 days for a full refund only until I start my first interview with it.
So: within 14 days of paying, and until you start your first interview with the pass, you can refund it in full yourself from your passes page. After that, the pass has been used and the right to cancel no longer applies. None of this affects your other legal rights, including if the service does not work as described.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never receive your card details. We keep a record of each payment — what was bought, when, and for how much — for seven years, as accounting law requires, even if you delete your account.
If something goes wrong
If an interview is interrupted by a fault on our side, it is not counted when no answer was recorded. If a report could not be produced, or a mark looks wrong, flag it from the report and a person will look at it.
Your data
How your application, transcripts and reports are handled, for how long, and how to take a copy or delete them is set out in the privacy notice.
